Hawzah News Agency- In a powerful message of allegiance and condolence, Hojatoleslam Sheikh Akram al-Kaabi addressed Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei following his selection as the third Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The message, filled with spiritual and revolutionary fervor, underscored the deep bonds of unity within the resistance front.
Hojatoleslam al-Kaabi began by offering profound condolences for the immense loss suffered by the new Leader and the entire resistance axis.
"May Almighty God grant you great reward for the martyr of Islam, the wise Leader and for all the martyrs of the Axis of Resistance—especially the innocent schoolchildren, your honorable wife, your noble sister and her husband, and their two young children," the message stated.
Drawing a parallel with the tragedy of Karbala, al-Kaabi addressed the new Leader, saying, "Blessed are you, for in solidarity with Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), you have offered your loved ones in the caravan of Karbala for the sake of truth."
The al-Nujaba leader also prayed for the Leader's swift and complete recovery from injuries sustained in the "cowardly attack" that resulted in the martyrdom of his father, the late Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and other family members.
In a deeply personal reflection, Hojatoleslam al-Kaabi revealed that for years, he and the resistance had recognized the exceptional qualities in the new Leader. "For years, hearing your profound speeches—filled with knowledge, culture, awareness of the intricacies of Iran and other nations, deep analyses of events, foresight, intelligent diagnosis of the Ummah's strengths and weaknesses, and identification of solutions to challenges—alongside your high standing in ijtihad and the distinguished characteristics of your advanced jurisprudence courses, we have always believed that God had reserved a great status for you," he wrote.
"But when God saved you from under the rubble of the criminal Zionist-American regime's bombing and brought you out unharmed, we became certain that what we had perceived earlier was true," al-Kaabi added, hailing the Leader's survival as a divine sign.
Addressing the new Leader directly as "the best successor to the best predecessor," the al-Nujaba chief expressed confidence in his leadership during this transformative period. "You have risen to both soothe your own wounds and heal the wounds of our hearts, guiding the Islamic Ummah from one victory to another, until the day you hand over the banner to Imam Mahdi (PBUH)."
In the most significant declaration of the message, Hojatoleslam al-Kaabi affirmed the unwavering loyalty of the entire resistance axis to its new Leader.
"Therefore, relying on God, know that the entire Axis of Resistance, with its fighters and commanders, will remain at your command, just as they were under the command of your martyred father," he concluded.
The message from al-Nujaba follows similar declarations of allegiance and support from other resistance groups, including Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, as well as international figures from Pakistan and Russia, all reaffirming their confidence in the new leadership of the Islamic Revolution following the tragic US-Israeli terrorist attack that martyred the late Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
